t-shirt & memory quilts

From t-shirts and jerseys to sweatshirts and even pants, almost any fabric can be included in your custom creation. Short on shirts? No problem! I can cleverly use both the front and back of a shirt as separate quilt blocks to make the most of what you have. Let’s create a quilt that tells your story! 

My T-shirt quilts include:

• Top layer: Your t-shirts (and sashing fabric, if chosen).
• Squares: Each t-shirt square is carefully cut to 15” for consistency.
• Batting: 80% cotton / 20% poly blend for softness and durability.
• Backing: 100% cotton quilting fabric.
• Quilting: Professionally finished on a longarm quilting machine with even, durable stitches for a lifetime of use.
• Edges: Double-folded, machine-stitched binding for a polished finish.

Order a quilt with sashing (1.5” solid strips of fabric between each shirt, as shown in the first photo) or without sashing (see the third photo). Sashing is ideal for breaking up similar-colored shirts, creating a visually appealing design.
